Use 1 tablespoon of mix per pound of meat. Coat the meat and rub it in and be sure to cover both sides of the meat evenly. Place the meat in a re-sealable plastic bag and refrigerator for at least two hours up to 24 hours before grilling. To make you own Jamaican Jerk Marinade by combining jerk seasoning (1 part) with oil (2 parts), soy sauce (1 part) and vinegar (1 part).  (1oz. bag)
